Crispin Glover in 2013

Crispin Glover sets the record straight on why he turned down roles in Back to the Future II and III.

tldw: Disagreements about script. “They sent the message that happiness was about wealth.”

This guy, who has engaged in bizarre all-consuming performance artistry over the last 30 years, sits down and has a shockingly normal adult conversation about his time with one of the best movies ever made. It’s sad that he wasn’t in the sequels, but at least we all know now that his reasons were good and he’s not crazy.

Patrick Stewart is a good man.

Watch him nearly fly into a rage as he discusses violence against women and PTSD, relating his own childhood experiences with both.  He wraps it all up in a bow with a heartfelt hug to survivor of abuse.

There is a special place in heaven for this man.

New Zealand is good people

New Zealand just voted to allow full-blown gay marriage across the country.

After the vote is read the place bursts into applause and people are so happy they start singing.

This makes me pretty happy to watch.

New Zealand is good people.
