Hi Bret, You emailed me a newsletter from dream host. I am assuming Dreamhost is your company or you have some role there. I have been a long time customer and am a web designer who regularly refers clients to Dreamhost. On your last migration, Dreamhost broke a lot of the wordpress sites that I had built for myself and my clients. In the middle of discovering this, I received a phone call that the card on my personal account was expired and that I would have to log into and fix it or my account would be suspended. Of course I am not very happy about having to put in a bunch of time to figure out what is broken. How ever, the first issue I need handled is access to my personal account. By the time I got back to a computer to update my billing info, I was unable to log into my account and update my payment information. When I try to log in, I am told that my IP address is not authorized and am provided a link to authorize it. When I click the link, it automatically gives me a time out error and does not authorize the IP. So I have no way to log in and pay. I contacted billing through an email on Thursday and have heard nothing from them. I did it again on Friday and heard nothing from them. I am currently logged in under a Dreamhost account I set up for a company that I work for but I have no access to my personal account. Technical support says its a billing issue and that they will contact me. I have heard nothing from them. Can you do anything that will make it possible for me to access my web panel?
