    I used to love reading Fantasy & Science Fiction Magazine, but then life happened and I never had enough time to get through an issue, so I let my subscription expire.

    As of today Kindle owners can now sign up for automatic delivery of a free digest edition, sent straight to your Kindle on the print version’s bi-monthly schedule.

    I just replaced some janky Hunter fan controls with two of these little beauties.

    They are amazing. This controller remembers your favorite fan speed and light level, the lights fade on/off, and you can even control the speed of the fade. It’ll work with ceiling fans with three OR two conductor wire, too. Perfect!

    There is no better ceiling fan controller on the market today, I suspect.

    I’ve only ever used one other, and it would turn the fan and lights on full blast in the middle of the night with no warning. That’s a nice feature with an infant and toddler in the house. Stay away from the Hunter 27227. If you see it in Home Depot, just keep walkin’.
