A four-year old boy just died yesterday on Mission: Space. The ride was operating normally and he didn’t do anything wrong…he just passed out and didn’t wake up!

We got to attend the soft-opening of M:S and it IS pretty intense…but you’re basically just sitting in a dressed-up centrifuge, essentially the same thing as a Tilt-A-Whirl ride that you’d find at any carnival.

Just got tickets today to see Mister Bela Fleck playing Music For Two with Edgar Meyer at The Barclay in November.

I had hoped to see him at the Hollywood Bowl in August with Jean Luc Ponty, and that would have been awesome, but the good seats were all taken by the time I tried to order tickets. :(

PSP firmware version 1.5, found on all PSPs sold in the USA, can now run unsigned code! No longer will Japanese PSPs running firmware 1.0 be the only PSPs that can run emulators and homebrew software!
